§01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between 777xp6 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you" or "Player") who accesses, registers on or uses any part of the 777xp6 website located at https://777xp6.cam and all associated services.

777xp6 is an online gaming information and entertainment platform providing content in English for users located in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform covers sports betting information, live casino guides, responsible gambling education and related gaming content.

By accessing the 777xp6 platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

§02 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

§03 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777xp6 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licensing requirements, in order to register an Account or access real-money gaming features. The Platform is strictly for adults. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the 777xp6 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. 777xp6 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

§04 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 777xp6 Platform, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain and update your registration details promptly whenever any change occurs.

• Registration requires a valid email address and/or mobile number, a secure password and acceptance of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party.
• You must notify 777xp6 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination and legal action where applicable.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred or otherwise conveyed to another person under any circumstances.

§05 Terms of Use

By using the 777xp6 Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.
• You will not use the Platform in connection with any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• You will not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise manipulate the Platform's software, systems or data.
• You will not use automated bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• You accept that all gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live game outcomes and are not subject to manipulation by the Platform or its employees.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that past results do not predict future outcomes.

§06 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to the 777xp6 Platform must be made through payment methods currently available in the Platform cashier. The Platform may reference local Pakistani payment options including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah solely as familiar deposit references. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration and is not guaranteed.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the Platform cashier and may vary by payment method and promotion.
• The Platform reserves the right to request proof of payment source as part of standard KYC and AML procedures.
• Currency conversion fees, transaction charges and processing delays are the responsibility of the User's payment provider.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC/USDT where available) are converted at the rate applicable at the time of confirmed transaction. Exchange rate risk is borne by the User.

§07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Users who have not completed verification will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an account in the User's own name, subject to the operator's withdrawal policy.
• Wagering requirements associated with any active Bonus Funds must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Processing times vary by payment method. The Platform does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes; processing windows are determined by the operator and the User's payment provider.
• The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or breach of these Terms.

§08 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers available on the 777xp6 Platform are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are supplemental to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager a total equal to 30 times the bonus received). An illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus at 30x wagering requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

8.2 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. As a general principle, slots typically contribute at 100% of the bet placed; table games, live casino games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. The exact contribution rates applicable to any specific promotion are stated in that promotion's individual terms.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per bet. Placing bets above the stated limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited. The maximum bet cap per promotion is specified in the relevant promotional terms.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets carry an expiry date from the time of issuance. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry window, the Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings will be automatically removed from the Account. Users are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry status within the account portal.

8.5 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering in a manner designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent, or using automated systems to exploit promotional structures.

§09 Responsible Gambling

777xp6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be approached as a method of generating income. The Platform encourages all Users to participate within their financial means and to make use of responsible gambling tools where they are offered.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings or by contacting support. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period as required by operator policy.
• Loss Limits: Users may establish loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a specified period. Reaching a loss limit will suspend real-money betting until the limit period resets or is adjusted in accordance with operator cooling-off requirements.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session duration reminders or hard limits. Once a session time limit is reached, the User will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the specified period and cannot be reversed within that window. Contact support to initiate the self-exclusion process.
• Reality Checks: The Platform may provide periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net balance position during active play sessions.

§10 KYC & Verification

The Platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and fraud prevention standards. KYC verification may be required at any point in the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Standard KYC documentation requirements may include: a valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), a selfie or liveness check, and proof of payment method ownership. All documents must be current, unaltered and legally valid.

§11 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777xp6 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy services or other tools to circumvent geographic or jurisdictional restrictions.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the Platform.
• Deploying automated betting software, bots or scripts without prior written consent from the Platform operator.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Users' accounts or the Platform's back-end systems.
• Conducting chargebacks, payment reversals or any form of financial fraud against the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform support staff or other Users.
• Reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation.

§12 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the 777xp6 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, source code, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game content and data — are owned by or licensed to 777xp6 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any licence or right to use, reproduce, modify or distribute any Platform intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms.

§13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp6 and its officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, game errors or service interruptions beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including from bonus abuse investigations or account closures resulting from verified breaches.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on any information published on the Platform as investment or financial advice — Platform content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Any legal, financial or regulatory consequences arising from a User's access to or use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted or prohibited.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 777xp6 to any User shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship in accordance with the following provisions:

14.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the Platform's support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (net of any applicable deductions) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

14.2 Termination by the Platform

777xp6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.
• The User's continued access poses a risk to the Platform, other Users or the integrity of gaming outcomes.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require such action.

In the event of termination for cause, the Platform may withhold and/or forfeit Account funds pending investigation and in accordance with applicable AML and fraud procedures.

§15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered and/or holds its gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction and applicable licensing authority are stated in the Platform's official operator documentation.

Users who access the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and risk. Pakistani users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other national, provincial or local legislation that may apply to their use of the Platform. 777xp6 makes no representation that the Platform content or services are lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing law jurisdiction, save where applicable consumer protection law mandates otherwise.

§16 Amendments to These Terms

777xp6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will provide reasonable notice through on-site notification and/or email to the address registered on the User's Account. The date of the most recent update will be displayed on this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
